Nagano Excursion Registration
A two-day, one-night extension on October 17–18, 2026, built around Nagano, one of Japan's longest-lived regions. Meet at Shin-Osaka Station at 9:10 AM on October 17 for Nozomi 86 at 9:33 AM and Hakutaka 563 from Tokyo at 12:24 PM. The excursion ends at Nagano Station at approximately 4:30 PM on October 18; plan onward travel for 5:00 PM or later. All times are Japan Standard Time.
Prices

Age 12 and over · Single occupancy at Hotel Kokusai 21 South Wing
Ages 6–11 · Shares an adult room; includes a reserved rail seat and the same meals
Under age 6 · Shares an adult room and rides on an adult lap; no reserved rail seat or meals

- Reserved Shinkansen seats from Osaka to Tokyo and Tokyo to Nagano, except that the infant tier does not include a reserved seat
- One night at Hotel Kokusai 21 South Wing in a twin room, with adult single occupancy and child or infant room-sharing as described in the selected tier

Customer terms
Cancellation requests are effective when received by NGM Events support. All dates and cutoffs use Japan Standard Time. Refunds are calculated from the excursion price paid and returned to the original payment method.
- 100% refund: By September 26, 2026 (21 or more days before departure)
- 80% refund: September 27–October 9, 2026 (20–8 days before departure)
- 70% refund: October 10–15, 2026 (7–2 days before departure)
- 60% refund: October 16, 2026 (the day before departure)
- 50% refund: October 17, 2026, before the 9:10 AM service start
- 0% refund: At or after service start, or for a no-show
If the organizer cancels the excursion before service begins, the excursion price will be refunded in full to the original payment method. The organizer is not responsible for excluded onward travel, accommodation, insurance, or personal costs. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
